Checking a Minimum of two references one being that of a previous Landlord and Employer
Preparation of Leases and Special Conditions
Collection of Security Deposits and Initial Rent
Standing Order Set up to Landlords account
Utility Bill Set up for new Tenants (Meter readings etc)
Property Management €200 + Vat
Dealing directly with the Tenant throughout the Tenancy agreement
Inspections of the property on request by the Landlord
Rent issues dealt with promptly
Should there be any issue or problem with the property, Low Cost Letting will inform the landlord and should the landlord agree we will arrange the relevant tradesmen from our panel to deal with the problem.
